This is more about improving cutting skills than it is about creativity. Begin with our shamrock template, Print twice to get eight shamrocks. Cut out. With a single hole punch, make a hole in the upper leaf for stringing the chain. Once cut, lay all the shamrocks face down in a line with the sides overlapping slightly. Tape them together to keep them solid on the chain. Turn them over to thread the chain, using yarn or string. Thread the chain, always going from front to back as you weave through the holes. Be sure to leave enough string at the ends for tying. Which brings us to what we're going to do with these chains. There's always the refrigerator door - hanging in the window? OR, don't chain them, just cut them out and scatter them on your St. Patrick's day dinner table.
