Spiders on a web drinking glass candle holder |

Have a a drinking glass ready. Make sure it's not plastic as you're going to use it as a candle holder. I got mine at Walmart. Paint the entire glass white using special glass paint from a craft store. Let dry. Using a black marker with a small nib, draw a spider web on the glass. Start with a circle in the middle, then draw radiating spokes, joining them together here and there with a connecting line. Leave lots of open space so your spiders will stand out. Additionally keep your lines as thin as you can (think real spider web). Draw one web on front, one on back. Because my marker wasn't dark enough, I used a thin brush and black glass paint to make the spiders. Make several of these to decorate a Halloween table or put in your window. |
