This delightful
children's museum can't be described in any better words than those
found on their internet site. "... you can expect to test, crank,
listen, prod and tinker. One of the largest museums of its kind in the
nation, CDM's 150 interactive exhibits lead visitors to explore,
understand and enjoy the world in which they live." Vistors is the
operative word here. We grandparents were just as absorbed as the
children, testing, prodding, tinkering. listening and learning too.
Strollers are permitted throughtout the Museum except in the Wonder
Cabinet, Theatre and the West Wing. There also is a cafe and gift store.
Parking in the adjacent parking lot is $5.00, admission, $7.00 for
adults and children 1-59. seniors 60 + $6.00. |
