In many ways this park is typical of many neighborhood parks in Palo
Alto and many other towns. It has lawns and plenty of space for kids to
run. It also has nice paths for strollers and a toddler playground with
sand and water play equipment for kids to play on. The park also
features many shaded, grassy tree areas, basketball hoops, a wide
concrete slide and wooden climbing structures, volleyball pit, picnic
areas and a 2.5 acre community garden. It's within easy walking distance
of downtown Palo Alto. |
